The Role:
As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that prides itself on providing excellent client service and a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Providing clear and timely updates to clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Conducting title checks, preparing contracts, and dealing with exchange and completion.
Utilising case management systems to ensure a smooth workflow.
Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Residential Conveyancer, or Property Solicitor.
Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and regulations.
Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
Proficiency in case management systems and IT literacy.
A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach.
