Residential Property Conveyancer / Solicitor
to join a reputable law firm based in the
Leamington Spa
area. Benefits: Salary up to £45,000 Pension Scheme Health cash plan for workplace wellbeing Employee referral bonus Up to 33 days' annual leave Christmas Shutdown Duties and Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion, including sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions. Processing cases on a timely and cost-effective basis. Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders. Developing professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work. Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets. Managing own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision. Skills and Experience: Hold a relevant qualification (i.e., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience managing your own caseload. Recent practical experience in the legal profession. Proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning. Be organized and process-driven. Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice. Commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care. IT literate with experience using a web-based case management system. Recent experience handling client enquiries both face-to-face and by telephone. Apply Now!
