Job Description
Experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner/Solicitor. Experience in Commercial Property is desirable, but not essential. Up to £40k per annum depending on experience. Opportunity to earn a bonus on top of salary. Opportunity to develop hybrid working. Ideally, a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in handling a busy case load of Residential Conveyancing matters. Responsibilities:
Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload including sales and purchases (Freehold and Leasehold), New-Builds, Re-mortgages and Transfer of Equity files. Preparing all forms, Freehold and Leasehold title reports, raising enquiries and having a very good knowledge of elements relating to the Conveyancing transaction. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a good eye for detail along with high care for client needs. Must be able to prioritise work. Training opportunities are available for the right candidate. Requirements:
A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in the role. Excellent organisation skills. Care for clients' needs is essential.
