I am looking for a Conveyancing Lawyer to join a growing firm in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have a couple of years' experience in all things residential property.
As a Conveyancing Lawyer, you will manage a varied caseload of property transactions, including residential and/or commercial conveyancing, ensuring smooth and timely completions. Your role will involve providing expert legal advice, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion.
Conveyancing Lawyer Key Responsibilities:
Managing a full caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents.
Conducting property searches, Land Registry applications, and liaising with mortgage lenders.
Providing clear, practical, and timely legal advice to clients.
Proactively managing deadlines to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
Maintaining strong communication with clients, estate agents, and other third parties.
Keeping accurate records and adhering to compliance requirements.
