About the Firm: Our client is a respected law firm with a strong presence across the county and a reputation for delivering an excellent service within domestic conveyancing across all their offices. They have seen sustained growth in the last 5 years and have exciting plans for 2024 / 2025. The Role: As a Conveyancer at our client's firm, you will play a key role in managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Handling a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Conducting title checks, reviewing legal documentation, and preparing contracts and completion statements. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process. Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of property law and conveyancing procedures. To be considered: You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive and or Licenced Conveyancer with at least 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing. Have strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures. Proven track record of managing a busy caseload efficiently and delivering high-quality service to clients.
