We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual with experience in a legal setting to join our team as a Conveyancing Legal Assistant in Warwickshire. Support Solicitors: Provide essential support to solicitors, enabling them to operate efficiently in managing conveyancing cases. Correspondence Management: Sort, prepare, and manage all relevant correspondence related to legal matters. Diary and Schedule Management: Handle diary management, ensuring smooth scheduling for solicitors and clients. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including filing, retrieving clients' files, photocopying, and maintaining accurate records. Client Interactions: Address and resolve client queries professionally and promptly. Required Skills:

Education:

Degree (2:1 or higher), preferably in Law. Experience:

Knowledge and experience within residential conveyancing. Customer Service:

Previous customer service experience is essential. Organisation:

Strong organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. Adaptability:

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing demands. Technical Proficiency:
