Starting salary £27,544pa with potential progression to £36,301pa on achieving designated skills and experience

About the role:
In this varied role you will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of routine and more complex residential and commercial property matters. Working in our busy Property/Conveyancing team, you will support our Principal Lawyer – Property & Contracts and the team with a range of residential and commercial property cases, including ‘Right to Buy’, Freehold Reversions, Licenses, Commercial Leases, Lease Renewals, Notices, Wayleaves and Sales and Purchases
About you:
You must have obtained your CILEX Level 3 Certificate and Professional Diploma in Law, or hold an equivalent legal qualification. You will have a good understanding of local government law and the workings of local government, along with excellent conveyancing, property, Land Law and contract law knowledge. An adept communicator, you will have excellent drafting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who is organised, highly motivated an excellent team player. You will enjoy undertaking research and be confident in providing advice on conveyancing issues when required,
