Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Duties Manage the conveyancing process from instruction to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any queries. Prepare and review legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents. Conduct property searches and liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary information. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence using office software. Utilise IT skills to manage case files efficiently, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in IT applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Previous experience in conveyancing or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory. A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation and processes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
