Are you an experienced paralegal with a passion for conveyancing? A reputable law firm, is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team.

Position: Conveyancing Paralegal Location: Dundee Working Pattern: Full-time, Hybrid Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a degree of flexibility Salary: £28,000 - £35,000

About the Role:

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will support the conveyancing team in managing a diverse range of property transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a hybrid working model, allowing for both in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the preparation and management of conveyancing documents and files. - Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property transactions. - Conduct property searches and prepare reports. - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.

About You:

- Proven experience in conveyancing as a paralegal or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes. - Excellent organisational and time management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
