Job Description Handling own caseload Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents Conduct research and provide detailed reports on legal procedures and guidelines Liaise with clients and other parties to ensure a smooth conveyancing process Maintain client files and legal documentation in an organised manner Coordinate with other team members to meet departmental objectives Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service Support senior team members in various legal tasks as required The Successful Applicant A successful Conveyancing Paralegal should have: Proven experience in the professional services industry Sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures and documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in the use of legal research tools Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer A competitive salary range of £31,500 - £38,500 per annum A professional and supportive team environment Generous holiday leave and a range of other benefits Opportunities for career progression within the legal industry A chance to work in the heart of Edinburgh, a city renowned for its culture and history
