Conveyancing Paralegal
A Conveyancing Paralegal with previous experience in Residential Property is required by a conveyancing team in a Taunton law firm.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity and the successful Conveyancing Paralegal will be supporting a busy residential property team with all aspects of property transactions.
This is a full and busy role and will include the following: Title checking, raising and reviewing enquiries and reporting; Ordering and checking and reporting upon routine property searches; Checking mortgage offers; Dealing directly with clients, estate agents and lenders; Helping out other members of the team whenever possible; The Candidate Proven Residential Conveyancing experience and the ability to work within a busy team are essential. Proven experience of working within a busy residential property team and have full knowledge of dealing with sale, purchase, re-mortgage and transfer of equity matters, including new build and leasehold. Excellent business development skills are desirable as well as strong organisational skills and an ability to work with minimal supervision.
