required for busy Solicitors office, based in Bromley. This is a full-time, office based vacancy. Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm. Salary dependent on experience. To start ASAP please. We are looking for an efficient and enthusiastic Conveyancing Secretary to join our busy Solicitors' office in Bromley. The successful candidate will support a high-performing fee earner in our Conveyancing department, which deals with a wide range of property transactions. We are ideally located with excellent public transport links, making the office easily accessible. Key responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive legal administrative support, including audio typing, document preparation, and word processing. Manage file systems, both paper and electronic, ensuring documents are filed correctly and archiving maintained. Perform file opening, property searches, all administrative tasks including dealing with exchange, pre and post completion tasks. Complete SDLT forms and other conveyancing-related documentation. Communicate effectively with clients, third parties, and internal staff to ensure smooth transactions. Handle general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, printing, and preparing correspondence/forms. Support the department with any other secretary tasks as required. Key skills and knowledge:

Proficient in word processing with a keen eye for detail. Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks. Previous experience in a legal secretary role, ideally within conveyancing, is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
