Conveyancing Solicitor (3+ Years PQE)

Salary: £40,000+ (DOE)
Premier Recruitment Group is working with a well-established law firm in Croydon to recruit a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable firm and manage a diverse and busy caseload in a supportive, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Providing expert advice to clients, ensuring all transactions progress smoothly and within deadlines. Drafting and reviewing contracts, title reports, and other legal documents. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process. Handling complex cases with minimal supervision. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional requirements.
The Ideal Candidate: A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing. Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and efficiently. Excellent communication and client care skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
