They have multiple offices, and are looking for a Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to manage their own caseload in their Hall Green office in Birmingham. The ideal candidate must have the required level of qualification- as a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. The Role: Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions. To process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis. Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders. Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work. Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets. To manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision. The ideal Conveyancing Solicitor will have: Extensive experience within conveyancing Ability to commute to office in Hall Green, Birmingham Ability to work independently, end to end on conveyancing files Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer Legal Qualifications are Non-Negotiable.
