Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a specialist conveyancing firm based in Burton-On-Trent. They are looking to add to their team on a Part-Time Contract basis (Likely 4 months+), and take on an experienced fee earning residential conveyancing solicitor, who is able to manage their own caseload from end to end from day one!
The Role:
Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions. Processing cases on a timely and cost-effective basis. Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders. Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work. Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets. Managing own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision. The Ideal Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will have:
Extensive experience within conveyancing. Ability to commute to office in Burton-On-Trent. Ability to work independently, end to end on conveyancing files.
