An experienced residential property fee earner is sought by this Legal 500 firm with a strong regional presence throughout Wales and the South. Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, and Paralegals will be considered for the role of residential property fee earner based in North Wales.
Based in Conwy, you will be an experienced residential property lawyer with at least 2 years of fee earning experience, handling all aspects of residential conveyancing from initial instruction through to post completion matters. Your caseload will include dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. The role requires you to handle your own caseload while working with minimal supervision. You will be accustomed to dealing with clients, solicitors, mortgage brokers, local authorities, and estate agents over the phone and in person.
