Job Description Manage the legal aspects of the conveyancing process. Liaise with clients, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure smooth property transactions. Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions. Provide legal advice to clients on property related matters. Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with clients. Participate in business development activities. Mentor and guide junior members of the team. The Successful Applicant A successful Conveyancing Solicitor should have: Experience managing own caseload of residential conveyancing matters Strong knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. A customer-focused approach and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
