Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

With a varied caseload and direct client contact, this is an exciting role to kick-start 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage your own high-quality residential property workload. Support the team’s property partner across various property matters. Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, from sales and purchases to remortgages, new builds, and development schemes. Work on freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties. Provide exceptional client care and ensure efficient case management. Get involved in business development activities within the team and firm.
Key Skills & Experience: At least 2 years' PQE (or equivalent experience as a Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive). Strong experience in property sales, purchases, and leasehold/freehold matters. Ability to manage a large caseload independently while working collaboratively. Excellent organisational and client care skills. Strong communication abilities and excellent WIP control.
