As an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, you will take charge of a high-quality caseload, work closely with a property partner, and build strong, direct relationships with clients.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing your own caseload of residential property matters, including shared ownership and development schemes. Assisting the property partner with a range of property-related tasks. Delivering first-class client care and maintaining direct client contact. What You'll Bring to the Team
Experience handling property sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold, leasehold, and new-build matters. Commitment to delivering outstanding service to high-net-worth clients. Experience in managing large caseloads whilst maintaining high standards in WIP control and disbursements. 2 years PQE.
