As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold transactions, and re-mortgages, ensuring clients receive a seamless service throughout.
What we are looking for:
Previously worked as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Fee Earner, Conveyancing Lawyer, Conveyancer or in a similar role. Experience in handling sales and purchases of both registered and unregistered titles, leasehold flats, shared ownership, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. Solid technical background in residential property work. Knowledge of case management systems and IT. Strong communication and client management skills.
