We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join a reputable team based in prestigious new offices in Leeds city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual seeking to progress their career and take ownership of a busy and varied conveyancing caseload and contribute to the firm’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities and network with potential clients.
Casework: Handle a busy caseload of the full range of conveyancing matters; sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold and leasehold.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner with a minimum of 3 years experience handling own caseload of the full range of conveyancing matters.
Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Referrer Relationships: You understand the importance of referrer relationships and have experience in managing them, whilst understanding the importance of integrity and independence.
Problem-solver: You can think on your feet and work well under pressure, especially during busy periods.
Detail-oriented: Accuracy is key in this role, and your eagle eye will ensure nothing is missed.
