They are currently seeking an ambitious Conveyancing Solicitor with expertise in commercial and/or residential property law. The Requirements Qualified Solicitor or experienced Residential / Commercial Conveyancer. Ideally newly qualified / PQE 1 - 3. Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently. Proficiency in conveyancing and legal management software is an advantage. Client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. The Responsibilities As a Residential / Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor, you will: Conduct detailed title investigations for commercial and residential properties. Prepare and review contracts, leases, deeds, and agreements for both commercial and residential transactions. Perform due diligence on properties, identifying potential risks and advising clients on solutions. Provide expert legal advice, guiding clients through property transactions. Oversee the full transaction process, ensuring timely and compliant completion. Stay updated on property law developments and apply insights to support your cases. Work closely with estate agents, surveyors, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. Submit and manage Land Registry applications for property registrations. Address and resolve disputes related to property matters through negotiation or legal action. Ensure full adherence to laws, regulations, and professional standards. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed and satisfied. Assess potential legal risks in transactions and advise clients on mitigation strategies. Manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential conveyancing matters effectively.
