This is a permanent, full-time position based in the Bridgend office, supporting a dynamic and expanding conveyancing practice. You'll be involved in all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, from initial instruction to post-completion. Our client is committed to your professional development, offering a funded qualification through their preferred supplier for those eager to grow with the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to invest in their future and build a long-term career in the legal sector. The business is seeking a motivated individual with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a paid position assisting a fee earner. Ideally, you'll be familiar with: Onboarding clients and conducting AML checks. Sending initial instructions and requesting searches. Chasing outstanding enquiries and compiling draft contract packs. Submitting SDLT forms and managing Land Registry applications. Handling post-completion matters with attention to detail. If you have 1 year of conveyancing experience, that's even better!
