Coordination Manager - Plumbing & Heating Milton Keynes – 25 mile radius Perm £45k – 60k per annum DOE Company Car / Allowance Bonus We are recruiting for a diverse Coordination Manager role, which is multifaceted and is crucial to the success of our clients plumbing and heating business. This requires a blend of technical expertise, excellent communication, and strong organisational skills. As a Coordination Manager you will be responsible for visiting client properties, surveying their needs, accurately estimating project costs, and then managing those projects through to completion. Involved with the full life-cycle of projects from inception through to completion, including aftercare. Roles and Responsibilities: Attend site visits to domestic and commercial properties to assess plumbing and heating project requirements Surveying & Estimation for a variety of projects, including installations, upgrades, repairs and maintenance Identify potential challenges, such as access limitations or existing pipework issues and providing solutions that meet client needs, comply with regulations, and optimize efficiency Effectively communicate with clients to explain proposals, answer technical questions, and address concerns Coordinate and supervise our own engineers and any specialist subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project specifications and timelines Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any issues promptly Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on all project sites Manage project finances, including invoicing Conduct post-project reviews to gather client feedback and identify areas for improvement Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in the plumbing and heating industry Extensive knowledge of domestic and commercial plumbing and heating systems Experience in estimating and quoting for plumbing and heating projects Strong understanding of relevant building regulations and safety standards Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Proven ability to manage projects effectively, including planning, budgeting, and problem-solving Full driving license.
