Champion effective strategies, plans, and processes aimed at achieving our client's long-term H&S objectives. Collaborate closely with senior management to reinforce proactive measures in identifying, managing, and mitigating risks throughout their operations. Conduct thorough analysis of accident and near-miss data to generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports. Monitor the progress of Concern & Corrective Action Reports, ensuring timely resolution. This pivotal role demands familiarity with Health & Safety management systems. While primarily office-based, you'll spend 50% of your time on the shop floor, with occasional visits to other sites.
