Overview: We are looking for a professional and experienced Coordinator to join our team. This role involves supporting VIP celebrity talent experiences and gifting for significant life events, such as productions, awards, festivals, and other events. The Coordinator will craft unique gifting moments by researching trends and forming strong relationships with brands, consultants, and vendors. Additionally, they will take ownership of and develop their areas of responsibility, managing a high workload with exceptional organisational skills. Key Responsibilities: Create bespoke gifting experiences for talent by researching trends and collaborating with brands, consultants, and vendors. Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to foster collaboration and trust. Organise, manage and track all gifting processes, vendor relationships, and ordering grids to ensure seamless operations. Collaborate with internal partners across various departments to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Take initiative in developing assigned responsibilities, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement. Assist in growing and scaling the department by supporting initiatives that improve processes and expand the gifting program globally. Act as a professional ambassador of the company, representing our values in all interactions with both internal and external stakeholders. Required Attributes: Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal guidance efficiently. Possesses strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Clearly and effectively communicates with diverse groups and understands the importance of maintaining good communication channels. Familiarity with and interest in global trends in gifts, luxury goods, high-demand items and VIP experiences. Capable of managing a high volume of projects under pressure, meeting multiple tight deadlines. Willing to challenge the status quo and develop creative solutions to enhance team efficiency. Eager to understand how different parts of the company operate beyond their direct responsibilities. Capable of leading and guiding other team members when required. Demonstrates professionalism and effective business representation. Ideal Candidate Profile: A minimum of 5 years of international corporate experience, preferably in talent, PR, or events management within the entertainment or tech sectors. Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, with experience in team or office administration. Experience handling and maintaining confidential information. Skilled in creating and managing budget documents. Proficient in Google Suite, Adobe Suite and Airtable. Comfortable working within Netflix's culture and operating outside the standard 9-5 schedule, especially during peak periods. Qualifications: Education: BA/BS Degree or equivalent relevant experience. Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Experience in collaboration with brands on bespoke gifts is preferred. The successful candidate will be a proactive and collaborative team member, capable of working under pressure and thriving in a dynamic environment.
