This is an exciting, new role with responsibility for leading the operational, day to day delivery of the Trust's co-production and partnership strategy. Working closely with the Head of Co-production, Involvement and Partnerships, the Co-production and Partnerships Development Manager will lead the continued development of an organisation-wide approach to ensuring robust and meaningful involvement of service users, patients, and carers in all of the Trust's work. The successful candidate will be passionate about working with patients, carers, and the diverse West London Communities that the Trust serves to ensure equitable, compassionate care for all. They will champion the value and importance of co-production and patient and carer involvement, ensuring that patient and carer voice is heard and amplified at every level of the organisation. This is a wide-ranging role, further developing the Trust's partnership work with patients and carers, building capacity around co-production through training, advice, support, and learning, and developing the way we work with partners across the North West London Integrated Care System. Main duties of the job
Work with people with lived experience of using mental and physical health services. Lead co-production, involvement, and engagement initiatives, Trust-wide. Lead and facilitate patient, service-user, carer, and community listening spaces and develop the range of opportunities for patients, services users, and carers to get involved in the Trust's work. Build co-production and involvement capacity of the organisation through development of training, advice, support, and learning. Deep commitment to reducing health inequalities and ensuring those who face barriers to accessing services and support are able to have their voices heard. Excellent partnership working skills and experience at leading the development and delivery of strategies that support systematic ways of working well with patients, carers, community, and other partners. Develop and lead the Trust's work with carers, ensuring the Trust is implementing the Triangle of Care, working with carers and staff Trust-wide. About us

Qualifications
Educated to degree level Master's degree or equivalent experience Experience
Leading community engagement/consultation initiatives and dealing appropriately with sensitive feedback. Leading patient and resident co-production and involvement work. Working at senior level with Boards and senior staff. Working with a wide range of public stakeholders, including groups whose interests are protected under the Equality Act. A track record of creating success through working in partnerships with multiple stakeholders to improve patient/carer experience and outcomes. Contributing to plans to tackle equality and health inequality challenges. Knowledge
Good knowledge of the requirements set out in the NHS Constitution and the Health and Social Care Act regarding public involvement in the NHS. Understanding of equality (and the Equality Act 2010) and diversity. Understanding of the challenge of health inequalities. Good knowledge and understanding of engagement, involvement, and co-production approaches and methodologies (including Quality Improvement).
