This is an exciting, new role with responsibility for leading the operational, day-to-day delivery of the Trust’s co-production and partnership strategy. Working closely with the Head of Co-production, Involvement and Partnerships, the Co-production and Partnerships Development Manager will lead the continued development of an organisation-wide approach to ensuring robust and meaningful involvement of service users, patients, and carers in all of the Trust’s work. The successful candidate will be passionate about working with patients, carers, and the diverse West London Communities that the Trust serves to ensure equitable, compassionate care for all. Work with people with lived experience of using mental and physical health services. Lead co-production, involvement, and engagement initiatives, Trust-wide. Lead and facilitate patient, service-user, carer, and community listening spaces and develop the range of opportunities for patients, services users, and carers to get involved in the Trust’s work. Build co-production and involvement capacity of the organisation through development of training, advice, support, and learning. Deep commitment to reducing health inequalities and ensuring those who face barriers to accessing services and support have their voices heard. Excellent partnership working skills and experience at leading the development and delivery of strategies that support systematic ways of working well with patients, carers, community, and other partners. Good knowledge of the requirements set out in the NHS Constitution and the Health and Social Care Act regarding public involvement in the NHS. Good knowledge and understanding of engagement, involvement, and co-production approaches and methodologies (including Quality Improvement).
