As a copy editor in the Marketing and Digital department, you will help Games Workshop communicate with customers through newsletters, social media posts, store product descriptions, video scripts, Warhammer Community articles, and more. Your primary focus will be ensuring that every published word meets the highest standard of English. Day-to-day you will be working with a team of writers and editors to execute marketing briefs, giving feedback to writers to maintain rigorous standards across the team’s output, upholding Games Workshop’s style guides, and helping the team deliver immaculate copy in changing situations where an edit on new words may be needed at a moment’s notice! The successful candidate will have professional experience in copy editing and demonstrate strong prioritisation and organisation skills to manage multiple diverse projects simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively while remaining flexible and responsive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Familiarity with Games Workshop’s products and universes is also required.
