About the Role

They're looking for an experienced Content Creator with a flair for creative writing to help shape and deliver the content strategy for this exciting platform.

In this role, you will develop, curate, and schedule engaging, personalised content that enhances the user experience and maintains engagement between coaching sessions. From inspiring audio snippets to actionable reflections and weekly tasks, your work will play a central role in the client’s user journey.


This is a fantastic opportunity to take a lead role in content creation, working closely with cross-functional teams and building out processes as the company grows. You’ll also have the chance to engage in high-impact work within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the coaching team to develop insightful, inspiring content, including audios, reflective quotes, and action tasks for users.
  • Scheduling & Delivery: Use content management tools to schedule and deliver content at regular intervals, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with coaches to align content with user needs and gather feedback to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze user feedback to enhance content and ensure high engagement and relevance.
  • Platform Management: Oversee content delivery tools and platforms to automate and optimize the user journey.
  • Analytics: Create dashboards and leverage analytics to support retention and improve performance.


About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in content creation, ideally within coaching, personal development, or B2B services.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with content management and scheduling tools.
  • Collaboration Skills: A team player with strong communication skills for working with coaches and other departments.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to produce impactful content in concise formats, tailored to user engagement.
  • Research Ability: Skilled in sourcing unique and relevant content to support client goals.
