We hail from diverse walks of life, forming a vibrant community of change-makers. Our ultimate goal? To amplify awareness of LGBTQ+ matters and advocate for the rights that ensure equal lives for all. With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony!

Your Role Pride in London is searching for a passionate and creative Copywriter with a strong interest in LGBTQ+ advocacy. In this role, you will craft compelling content, adapting tone, sentiment, and format to maximise engagement and champion Pride in London’s vision and mission across social media channels. Your Team You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Social Media and the Community & Outreach Lead, delivering cohesive campaigns that resonate with Pride in London’s diverse audience. You’ll also work with the creative team to ensure visuals and copy are perfectly aligned. Your Responsibilities - Create engaging captions and longer-form content for Pride in London’s social platforms, integrating advocacy messages seamlessly across all content pillars. - Ensure messaging aligns with Pride in London’s broader social strategy, adapting style to cover a range of topics, from celebratory posts to advocacy campaigns and partnership materials. - Maintain Pride in London’s tone of voice while delivering impactful, platform specific content. What You’ll Bring to Pride in London - Exceptional writing skills and the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences. - A passion for storytelling and a strong interest in LGBTQ+ advocacy. - At least two years of experience in content creation, preferably in a social media role.
