The Role
Handle a broad and diverse caseload, developing long-lasting client relationships. Work on a variety of corporate matters with a focus on transactional work, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions. Collaborate with a forward-thinking and highly skilled team, including renowned Partners and legal experts across multiple offices. Get involved in business development activities, supporting and growing existing relationships, and establishing new connections in the corporate sector.
About You
A minimum of 1 year's PQE in corporate law, with solid experience in corporate finance and transactional work. Strong experience managing your own caseload, delivering exceptional client service, and maintaining a client-focused approach. A strong academic background. Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships, with a keen interest in business development and sector growth.
