Duties This sales specialist role works directly and in tandem with the Corporate Account Manager to fulfill required sales responsibilities and customer sales support functions at the Corporate Account level. The focus will be to drive growth in Corporate Accounts through efficient processes & having close connections to key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities and Tasks Key point of central contact for the customer and support for the Corporate Account Manager to deliver on our customer commitments and grow the business. As a CA sales specialist, you will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control, reporting, and completion of sales and customer support services. Manages against expectations and established standard operating procedures between Univar Solutions and customers to ensure that requirements are met. Develop and manage end-to-end services offered to Univar Corporate Accounts to drive continuous improvement in project delivery, gains in efficiency and productivity and enhanced margin for Univar and sustained customer satisfaction and loyalty. Gain the engagement and commitment of all central and local functions that are pivotal stakeholders in the services offered by the Corporate Accounts Team. Communicate widely and frequently with key stakeholders to ensure full commitment. Conduct regular project reviews to keep all stakeholders informed and on-track. Supporting on daily and general sales activities to exceed customer expectations. We Are Looking For The successful candidate must have a strong customer focus and the capability of operating independently to build necessary relationships internally and externally at all levels. Project experience with a record of successful achievements is a must. You must have the ability to work accurately under pressure with high attention to detail and be proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel. The job will require contact via written, telephone/videoconference and visits as necessary (limited travel).
