Ballance will match your Kiwisaver contribution up to 5% after 6 months Access to free confidential support services including EAP ABOUT THE ROLE Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a new Senior Account Manager (Internally known as a Corporate Accounts Specialist) to join our successful Corporate Accounts South Island team. Based in the picturesque Canterbury region, you will report through to the Corporate Accounts Manager where you will be responsible for: Developing new and existing business to maximise sales, margin and value Driving service through focused and structured customer contact predominantly through face to face, phone and digital self-service technology interaction. Demonstrating sound knowledge of all product solutions and customising recommendations to meet customers commercial objectives, identifying opportunities for cross sell referrals Developing regional networks with merchant partners & agribusiness professionals Leading, mentoring and coaching the wider Sales team to deliver great results ABOUT YOU If you have a passion for agriculture and helping people, we want to hear from you! While experience is beneficial, it'll be your true passion for making the NZ farming industry more productive and sustainable that will set you apart from the rest. We are also looking for: A strong understanding of the agriculture community and an affinity to the merchants in the regions Related tertiary qualification or experience in agricultural related sales industry is desirable Advanced or Intermediate Sustainable Nutrient Management Certificate highly regarded, but not essential Strong commercial nous and internal stakeholder engagement skills Credibility and exposure to the ever-changing agricultural landscape in NZ ABOUT US We love New Zealand and we care about our growth, our land and our people.
