Practice Areas:
Corporate transactions
Joint Ventures
Shareholder and LLP agreements
Intellectual property rights (including IP licensing and sales)
Commercial property transactions
Corporate governance
Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate share purchase agreements, merger documents, and acquisition contracts
Prepare joint venture, shareholder, and partnership agreements
Handle business loans, guarantees, and security arrangements
Develop terms of business and website documentation
