Corporate and Commercial Lawyer
Location: Cheltenham
Salary: £40,000-£45,000
Hours: Full Time, 9.00am-5.00pm

The Company:
Our client is a specialist business legal practice. They are engaged by clients ranging from small owner managed businesses to multi-national blue-chip organisations. They are proud to be practical, and guide clients to achieve what they want; they don’t tell them what they cannot do.
The Role:
Our client are looking to expand their Corporate and Commercial department as their approach has resulted in sustained growth over the last 5 years. It is an extremely varied role and the right person must be versatile.
Responsibilities:
Drafting shareholder agreements and articles for newly incorporated companies.
Negotiating corporate acquisitions, disposals, equity fundraising deals.
Advising, reviewing and assisting on all day-to-day contracts their businesses require, from terms of business to supply agreements and everything in between.
Skills and Requirements:
Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Corporate and Commercial law.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
