Corporate and Commercial Solicitor / Associate Solicitor (Consultancy / Fee Share available) Permanent The Firm Wiseman Consulting Limited is working with a longstanding client and specialist law firm to secure a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor in the heart of Cheltenham town centre, Gloucestershire. Our client is a specialist Corporate, Commercial, and Employment Law firm that works with wealthy individuals, SMEs, national businesses, and household names on various corporate and commercial matters. They have grown steadily over the years. Due to increasing commercial issues for their clients, they are in the market to secure a corporate and commercial Solicitor or Associate with at least 5+ PQE to join their team. The firm has a fantastic working environment and culture, which they have carefully crafted, and many Solicitors from top firms in Gloucestershire, Bristol and Wiltshire join this firm due to its high quality of work on offer, lack of egos within the workplace and excellent progression opportunities. The Role We are highly interested in speaking with Corporate, Commercial or Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 5+ PQE who want to take on an essential role of leading the commercial function within the firm as a senior member of the team. The purpose of this position is to secure someone who wants to lead the commercial function within the firm whilst also enjoying corporate law, which the firm is highly experienced in and has plenty of work on offer. This can range from multimillion-pound shareholder agreements and articles for newly incorporated companies to acquisitions, disposals, equity fundraising and more. The real work for this role lands on the commercial side, with a wide range of commercial contracts, assistance on day-to-day business contracts, supplier agreements, and everything in between. Candidates familiar with commercial contracts but not specialists are welcome to apply as the firm has highly experienced Lawyers on hand to assist you daily. What’s On Offer?
