Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
Draft and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements.
Support clients through mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
