37 hours per week, Permanent
Grade G (SCP 19-24) £31,067 - £34,315 per annum,

As part of the Corporate Asset team, your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our portfolio of Public Buildings and open spaces are maintained to a high standard and in-line with statutory compliance regulations. Excellent technical/trade knowledge Experience of working with multi-trades persons, managing multiple jobs Ability to organise and prioritise workloads and find innovative solutions when necessary Knowledge of statutory compliance and relevant building/construction legislation Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including staff, the general public, external contractors and council officials Must be able to work effectively alone and as part of a team For further information and to apply, please visit our website at:
