A corporate associate is offered an outstanding opportunity to join an industry leading corporate team at this top tier City practice in London.
The firm, which ranks as one of the leading boutique firms in the UK, with a particular focus on Real Estate as their core practice, is looking to expand their Corporate offering with the addition of a junior associate with 1-3 years' post qualification experience.
The London corporate team is small but agile, offering a great amount of exposure, working directly with the Partners on high-value and complex Corporate matters relating predominantly to Real Estate matters, including: Portfolio acquisitions or disposals through group company structures often involving multiple jurisdictions; Joint ventures including all forms of joint venture vehicles from private companies to all types of partnerships, LLPs and unit trusts and other unincorporated associations; SPV sales and purchases; Sale and leaseback structures; Property and asset management agreements; Shareholder disputes.
The salary bracket for the roles starts at £76k from 1 PQE, up to £85k at 3 PQE, in addition to a relatively industry standard bonus scheme, activated for hitting the hours target of 1300.
This position is ideally suited to junior - mid level corporate associates between one and three years' PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display: A strong academic background; Training and post-qualified corporate experience gained with a reputable national or international practice or city-firm; Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen; Excellent communication skills; Experience in business development and client relationship management.
With regards to hybrid working, my client operates a 60% office attendance policy, with the option to also work from any of their regional offices.
