Corporate Associate / Senior Associate (3PQE+) – Bristol
We are advising a leading Law firm, looking to strengthen their Corporate Group with a senior hire in Bristol.
This position has been created through further growth, and is available at Associate, Senior Associate or Legal Director level – with a transparent route to Partner.
The Corporate Group offer the full breadth of services you would expect from a leading outfit; however, as you will be taking the lead on certain relationships and deals – proven experience in the Real Estate or Energy Sector, is essential.
You will be involved in the whole range of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and private equity.
This will be M&A focused, but broader experience across P.E & working with PLCs, is beneficial.

The firm are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer, with 3PQE+, currently with a leading National or Global.
