Robinson Talent Partners is seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Associate to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal support to our corporate clients, advising them on various legal matters related to business operations, transactions, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and a passion for helping businesses navigate complex legal landscapes. Key Responsibilities: Mergers and Acquisitions:

Assist clients in structuring, negotiating, and executing mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, ensuring all legal requirements are met. Contract Drafting and Review:

Prepare and review a wide range of corporate contracts and agreements, including shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and commercial contracts. Corporate Governance:

Advise clients on corporate governance matters, including compliance with statutory requirements, board meetings, and shareholder issues. Legal Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough legal research to keep clients informed about changes in legislation and how they impact their corporate activities. Litigation Support:

Provide legal support in the event of corporate disputes, collaborating with litigators to ensure business interests are protected. Client Relations:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with timely legal advice and effective solutions. Minimum Qualifications: A qualified attorney with significant experience in corporate law. Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance issues. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Integrity and professional ethics, with a commitment to serving the best interests of clients. A proactive approach to client service, with a focus on delivering high-quality legal solutions.
