The long-established, well-regarded firm is highly ranked in the major independent legal directories, covering the full spectrum of legal disciplines, including corporate, commercial real estate, employment, private client, commercial law, and immigration.
The Co/Co Team forms an integral part of the practice. They have particular expertise in M&A, restructuring, joint ventures & collaborations, corporate governance & regulatory compliance, and corporate finance. Many clients are long-standing and include startups, SMEs, and large corporations in numerous sectors such as IT, education, and aviation, working domestically and abroad.
