Our wider Commercial division provides advice to a broad range of clients, of all sizes and across our different offices, and is a core part of the success of the firm.

We provide high quality advice to our corporate and business clients and we are looking for a Lawyer who can become a key member of the Corporate Commercial team.

Position

Our Corporate Commercial team works closely alongside our Commercial Property colleagues, so you will be part of a close-knit and supportive team, gaining commercial experience across a wide spectrum of practice areas.

Our team is made up of experienced specialist lawyers who are long-standing members of our organisation, and who are committed to growing the team with the right candidate at the heart of our future plans.

You will receive excellent training and have the opportunity to excel as part of a team in which you will be a core member.

All lawyers within the team actively participate in business development and in seeking new opportunities for growth. Excellent levels of support and training will be provided.

Requirements

Strong interest in building a successful career in Corporate Commercial law. Willingness to learn new skills and commitment to becoming a specialist in our practice areas. Ability to balance competing demands on time, flexibility in outlook, initiative, and application of learned skills across matters. Proactive with capability to work both independently and collaboratively, communicating effectively with clients and team members. Enthusiasm for business development, client relationship management, and client development. Excellent written and oral communication skills and accurate drafting skills. Other Information
