TSR Legal are currently partnering with a top-tier law boutique firm based in Cardiff who are looking to add an additional Corporate Solicitor with at least 1-year post-qualification experience to join the Corporate and Commercial department. Our client strives to provide a tailored legal service to businesses of all shapes and sizes from start-ups to multinational groups both nationally and internationally. This firm prides itself on enabling its clients to make sense of complex business law and make informed decisions. As a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising on a range of business matters such as mergers, acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts and buy-ins, joint ventures, as well as regulatory matters such as shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, and commercial contracts. You will also handle IP/IT matters. Our client is regarded for dealing with high-quality work, with transactions typically between £2 million and £10 million on average.
