As a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor, you will: Provide tailored, high-quality legal advice on a variety of corporate matters, including:
Mergers, sales and acquisitions Joint ventures Corporate restructuring Management buy-outs Equity financing
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts Manage compliance, conduct due diligence, draft and negotiate transactional documents and oversee post-completion regulatory matters Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with a client-focused approach Collaborate with other departments across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions Take an active role in business development, identifying opportunities to grow your caseload and contribute to the firm’s continued expansion You:
The successful candidate will possess: A qualification as a Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate/commercial law A client following (desirable) and the ability to develop and maintain a strong caseload Exceptional drafting, negotiation & technical skills with a strong understanding of commercial contracts The ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively Commercial awareness – coupled with a proactive and client-focused approach The ability to work independently & collaboratively across departments and offices A strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering results IT literacy and the confidence to adapt to new processes & technologies Benefits:
