A brand new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing Commercial practice with a strong reputation and presence in the Exeter market.
Due to exceptional growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor of around 5 PQE to bolster their strong commercial offering.
Within this role you would be responsible for a case load of commercial and corporate matters including shareholders agreements, joint ventures, company reorganisations, shares sales and purchases, commercial contracts and business transactions.
You will play an active role in business development and networking and will be expected to be involved in supervising junior team members.
The ideal candidate should be technically proficient and due to the nature of the role, should be an excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues.
