A well-established legal practice with multiple offices is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their Legal 500 firm in Farnborough. The team and wider firm are recognised for their high-quality work.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is interested in drafting legal documentation and undertaking legal research on a mixed caseload that is already established.
Duties will include:
Drafting commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation. Assisting Partners with drafting documentation on large transactions. Undertaking legal research and in-depth analysis of case law, statutes and regulations.
Desired skills:
A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2-4 years of PQE +. Be able to work with minimal supervision. Have a very high level of technical competence when drafting commercial contracts and other corporate commercial documentation.
