This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Solicitor or Junior Partner with at least 7 years PQE to join a dynamic, award-winning team, recognised for its expertise and client service across a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will join a high-performing Corporate Commercial team, advising clients on a broad spectrum of corporate matters. You will play a key role in providing strategic legal support to businesses, from start-ups to established corporations, on complex legal issues and commercial matters. Your caseload will include a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and disposals, as well as advising on corporate structures, growth strategies, and governance issues.
Key responsibilities include:
Mergers, acquisitions, and disposals Succession planning and employee share schemes, including EMIs, EBTs, and EOTs Restructuring, demergers, and corporate governance Drafting and advising on commercial contracts, partnership agreements, and franchise agreements Negotiating finance and governance documents, including shareholders agreements and articles of association Supporting clients with strategic corporate matters, including mergers, joint ventures, and growth strategies Supervising junior members of the team and collaborating closely with colleagues across different disciplines

You will be involved in complex mergers and acquisitions, working closely with clients on strategic growth initiatives, advising on employee share schemes, and negotiating major commercial contracts.
