The firm is looking for a Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE to join its team and assist its diverse client base. This role offers hybrid working (2-3 days from home), onsite parking, high-quality work and excellent career progression opportunities.
The Role
This position is ideal for a solicitor seeking a healthy work-life balance outside the city centre, while still working on high-quality corporate and commercial matters. The role will involve handling a broad range of cases, including:
Company formation
Drafting memorandum & articles of association
Sale and purchase of companies and businesses
Management buy-outs/buy-ins
Venture capital investments
Corporate restructuring and reorganisation
Shareholder and partnership agreements & dissolutions
About You
To be considered, you should have 1-4 years PQE with broad experience in corporate and commercial law, strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
